Suze Happé
Intern at City Space Architecture
Suze Happé is a Leisure and Events Management student at Breda University of Applied Sciences, specialising in Urban Life and Placemaking. Through her studies, she explores how public spaces, events and community-driven initiatives can positively shape urban life. Her academic programme includes courses as Projects for the City, Community Development, Place Branding and Concepting, alongside international field experiences and visits to events such as Placemaking Week Europe.
Suze brings practical experience from the events and hospitality sector, including her work at Bas Events, Dutch Design Week Eindhoven (volunteering) and various hospitality roles. These positions strengthened her organisational, communication and stakeholder-oriented skills, which she now applies to placemaking and public-space initiatives. With a growing passion for creating more liveable, inclusive and people-centred cities, Suze aims to contribute to urban environments that foster connection, creativity and community involvement.
