Launch of our City Space Architecture Press

At the beginning of 2025, City Space Architecture established a new publishing house, “City Space Architecture Press”, registered with the Italian Publishers Association (ISBN.it). The aim is to present a series of perspectives on the importance of public space in the form of essays and research content by scholars, practitioners, artists, curators, and civic leaders, offering a multidisciplinary interpretation of the subject.
City Space Architecture Press currently publishes two book series: “Res Publica” and “Proceedings”. Both series are available in print at our headquarters in Bologna, Museo Spazio Pubblico’s Art Shop, or can be sold online (print on demand).

On Saturday, 29 March 2025, we presented the book “The Space We Have Left in the World” by Marco Bucchieri, featuring a preface by Jacek Ludwig Scarso. This is the first book in the “Res Publica” series by City Space Architecture Press.

The book series “Res Publica” is managed by an editorial committee of members affiliated with City Space Architecture.
